Whenever we collect information from you we will make it clear which information is required in order to provide you with the information, service or goods that you need. We store your information securely on our computer system and we ensure that your information can only be accessed by those who need it.

 

When you sign up and contact us, we will collect only the data that is absolutely needed to complete these specific tasks and this information will not be used for other purposes either internally or externally. We will use your data for administration purposes and to communicate with you only. You have the right at any time to withdraw your consent for this information to be held by contacting the agent address at the bottom of the website to inform us that you would like your personal data deleted.

 

We may use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver a newsletter and tell you more about the campaign, but only if you consent to this.

 

You have the right to obtain a copy of all of the information that we hold about you. To obtain a copy, either ask for an application form to be sent to you, or write to the address at the bottom of the website.
